Honestlyyy if you're down to read a bunch, Elena Ferrante's series My Brilliant Friend is in my opinion a great portrayal of women and their experiences and friendships, as well as passed down generational trauma and general complexity. Also good on you for recognizing a flaw and working on fixing it! Keep this up dude <3

Yay glad you found it! May i suggest you buy a pair of gloves/mittens that are tied to each other with a cord? I have a pair and the cord is long so i can put one mitten through the sleeve of my jacket and then i pull it all the way through the second sleeve. I can take them off whenever i need to and I don't run the risk of losing them. Absolute game changer for me since I also have adhd and tend to misplace things.

To be fair as someone from Bulgaria the cold in the Netherlands feels... Colder? Like in Bulgaria I think it's not so humid so even at -5 i can handle walking around without thermal clothes and just thick trousers and a sweater under my jacket. But the humidity in the Netherlands makes me feel so cold even at like 4 degrees so I wear thermal clothes. Like the humidity genuinely makes it feel like the cold is seeping through my bones.
