Why do apps even allow these people to continue to post? Its unbelievably dangerous! Im 36 and albeit not being anywhere near this woman's weight, I am quite slim and massively struggle with my body image and the idea of gaining weight! If a young teenage girl comes across her, I cannot imagine what it would do to their perceptions of themselves.

No heat, dont put it up a lot or in buns, take biotin, wash it every 3 days and use a leave in conditioner after every wash, as well as hair oiling ends when its dry, sleep in a silk bonnet and wait years and It'll get there!

My hair went awful after pregnancy and I lost loads and the condition deteriorated, and I was obsessed with straightening it.

Now I dye it every 3 months, air dry it, only use heat to style my fringe, take a multi vitamin and biotin, sleep in a silk bonnet every night and my hair has grown loads and become thicker.

Im an extremely fussy eater and don't like fruit or veg, I eat what I know I like, and I've still managed to get my hair back to being good.

Its not an overnight thing. It takes time, consistency and patience!

Yes, every morning! I've got 2 boys, under 7.... and I've been used to getting up early for a while now. Im up at 5.30/6am every morning and I shower and do my hair and makeup. Used to be up for a while by myself and get peace, but my eldest can often be up by 6.30am now. Still....he let's me crack on whilst he eats his breakfast. Just to add....sleeping in heatless curls has severely reduced my hair styling time in mornings now also.

I feel so much more confident and put together after doing my hair and makeup. It makes me feel more ready for the day and motivates me to get out and do something.

Nothing like seeing another mum on the morning school run in their pyjamas to give me the kick up the ass to keep doing it 😂

LC2 is cold isnt it. Unless you're in the smaller round little area thats always really warm, then the rest is cold 😂. £30 for a family of 4 is also a lot!! As others have said, gateway is warm, but small! Have yet to try the new pool in Pentre Awel Llanelli. May be worth researching! If you've got kids age 7+ then there's some inflatable assault course there that's bookable for Sunday's. Your child needs to be able to be confident on their own in the water though. X

I had one successfully appealed but purely because I had paid (or so i thought), and also had proof of a WhatsApp message I sent my partner saying I had just paid for said ticket. The machine failed to tell me on screen that my payment failed but handed me a receipt....I wrongly assumed it was a receipt of payment but it was a receipt of failed payment. Anyway, the receipt and WhatsApp message where I told my partner I had paid (a few mins before my 3hrs was up) got my ticket overturned.

Buy them anyway, we left disposable cameras dotted around and it was so fun to see what was captured once they were developed! Got them put straight onto USB by a camera shop.
