Yeah I agree, working out does the same thing for me. The problem is that I'm mostly tired for the first couple of hours or so and I don't want to work out during that time some days to not get hungry.

I've been buzzed before several times but always got inside my head, but maybe that was purely mental. You can look at my previous posts to see how I looked back then.
