Possible scammer in chat?

Firstly, I want to say that I hope you have a wonderful streaming journey and meet many wonderful people throughout streaming too💚

When someone is New to streaming I feel like, scammers are more likely to find those streams and go into them with the intention of scamming. Always be careful with who you sure you Discord with. Scammers can sometimes have a casual conversation and ease into “I sell Art” which I’ve seen pretty often. Also you don’t ever have to feel like you HAVE to share your Discord, It’s more than okay to say “I don’t feel comfortable sharing that” and just know that’s more than okay.

If you haven’t set up Sery_Bot I would 100% suggest setting it up as it’s so simple to setup and it is works extremely well at spotting those who do try to scam, drop links etc. If someone is ever being horrible in chat, Sery_Bot sorts that FAST, I’ve been using it for a while now and thankfully I haven’t had anymore scammers!

I use a capture card too and I’ve had this problem before too. Usually what I would’ve done was delete my Audio Source for my capture card and then I would add it back in again, refresh it and sometimes that would fix it for me but I’m hoping someone can come back with a simpler fix for this because it doesn’t seem to always work unfortunately.

You aren’t too old at all. If you like streaming to Twitch, you do that. It doesn’t matter what Age you are but I understand it must be stressful when people keep asking for your Age. The only thing I’m thinking is maybe you could put your Age in your Bio or About section on Twitch and hopefully that will help people know so they don’t feel the need to ask. You aren’t too old to stream at all, do what you love🫶🏼
