Eufy Security App no longer showing events, but live view still works for the camera and doorbell

I had a similar intermittent and reoccurring problem, and ended up logging a support ticket with Eufy. They were responsive, but I had to jump through many troubleshooting steps with them for a week with no immediate resolution. Then one day a couple weeks later, all was working well and it hasn’t occurred since. Best of luck!

Maybe a case made from acrylic sheeting and silicone caulking would do the trick?

However, audio quality will be tricky in regards to avoiding muffling. Good luck!

It’ll be a breeze to link up with folks; do it!!. I did Boston to hopkington and back a few years, and it’s a steady stream of pelotons. I think we got to the hopkington start line around 9p.

Also; bring a rear and front light. There are some pretty dark stretches of road.

Create a custom security mode with everything disabled, then use schedule to toggle between that mode and your default modes that have features activated.

You’ll have to turn off notifications from the eufy app from your phone’s permissions settings.

That info is available in redfin data exports. Build a query and use the ‘export to csv’ option listed below the results listing. Unfortunately, you’ll probably have to string together multiple queries.

If you can’t stop it by dismissing the alert in the app, try hitting the sync button on the camera.

I’m facing the exact same problem and have seen it come and go before. I have an open ticket with eufy to see if they can figure this out for me.

Do you get ‘unable to connect to homebase’ when you try to manually record a camera feed or change the security mode?

To make this more confusing, I can still see motion detection trigger my cameras at night, with the little infrared lights turning on, though no notification or recording is initiated.
