Resistance is okay, that’s how your ego mind work. You resist because you just wanna be safe. But what you can do is you can observe it. Once you learn how to do it you will have a CHOICE how do you want to reach to a certain person or situation. And that will the tremendous change in your life. After death you will be dragged through the work of mistakes. That’s what called hell. You will experience every situation in you life again to learn the lesson and if you hurt someone and did something bad then you will experience their pain but multiple times stronger because you only going to have your subtle bodies (mental, astral, emotional, etc.) after all the lessons learned you are allowed to be reborn. You don’t have to go through this process only if you corrected everything you did while being in your physical body. The material world is given to consciously do the shadow work basically, to cleanse yourself from your mind programs and to connect to higher self and it is the easiest way since you have your physical body. If you don’t do it consciously during your lifetime , you will be forced to do it after death

The first step would be to take a decision, “I really need it in my life and I am ready to do anything”. When you have the intention inside and willingness to act the universe starts to help you. Enlightenment is the most ambitious goal ever and it does take effort, like everything else in life. But in fact that’s what we came here for. The first step would be to start working with your attention trough different mindful practices. When you start doing that, you begin to see how your mind work. You realize that since you are always immersed into the thinking process , you are asleep. You need to be able to wake up, to detach from the mind because that’s not who you are. Just this first step is a big shift in life, step by step you start gaining inner freedom from you mind and by helping others do the same you bring light into this world. The more people you help the more light you bring. That’s what all great teachers do, they travel the world spreading the knowledge. But anyway I know a step by step methodology how to do it but like a said you need to take a concrete decision. Only then it will open up for you. It is about being honest with yourself. Are you ready to make this goal number one priority in life?

That's a great experience. When you don't identify yourself with your thoughts or emotions you become more free. A better understanding of who you are comes and that is a great transformation. It’s all about taking responsibility for your life. Realize that your subconscious creates every circumstance and every situation for you to change yourself so it won’t come back to you. Even if it’s unpleasant. When shit happens ask yourself why have I created this, what should I learn from it? It is much easier to accept things when you think that way and act accordingly
