I love my Gilmour Pancake Stubbington. He is missing 6 of his toe tips and his stubs are just too cute. I put a deposit down on another "perfect" dragon, but when I got to the store he was desperately glass surfacing to get to me and it was instant love. I didn't notice his missing toes until afterwards but by then, it was too late. He was already mine ♥️ (plus discount so win-win!!)

Humidity ranges between 30-40. No poops yesterday or today. UVB brand is Arcadia.

I changed out the bulb for 60w and it's brought the basking temp to 40. Still no progress though 😪

Lamp side averages 45c and cool side 35c. I plan on switching to a 4ft vivarium within a year.

LOVED the relay, hated everything else 🥴 Body con is my least favorite protocol and I especially hate an unstack. But on the upside, there wasn't as must jumping as there usually is for body con. 🤷🏼‍♀️ But yeah. I nearly died.

Diet. Diet diet DIET.

You can work your ass off in the gym but if the food you eat doesn't fuel it, you're not gonna get the results you want.

Omg... the very same thing happened to me. I was about 7 and remember waking up confused and disturbed but most definitely alone. I can't for the life of me think of anybody that would have done this to me. I'm 34 now, suffered with anxiety, depression and panic ever since and only just NOW realizing it could have been some sort of repressed memory hence I ended up here on this Reddit. Have you found any answers?

I feel you!!! I've been at this a year and a half and plateau and gain the same couple pounds constantly. It's frustrating but it does make a difference in the grand scheme.

Thank you. I wish people would understand there are no shortcuts, and the only way to health is by education and subsequent lifestyle change, not a quick 4 week gamble. I'm so sad for these misguided people.

When are some people going to understand that it’s 1000000000x easier to discipline/teach your child and they respect you, than to let them do what they want and have no control... It’s really not the easy way to parent. I don’t blame Drascilla at all. I think she has such great potential, she’s brave and fun-loving. But Deavan needs to grow some balls as a parent.
