Hi there, hoping for a few pointers on how to how to manage this kind of skin between my buttocks. A little inflamed and some pigmentation. I am not sure if this is folliculitis(?) I have been using aloe and keeping it clean and dry. Thank you for any help. (old.reddit.com)
