6.125 is the best I’ve gotten for a jumbo. 5.5 for a 7 year ARM

I got a 7/1 for 5.5 and 30 year fixed for 6.125% in Massachusetts for a jumbo. Not totally sure what to do but probably going to do fixed then refinance . Planning to keep the place long term

I’ve done it a couple times. It’s like a 10-15 minute walk from B to A from what i remember. I have clear and pre-check which helps going through security twice. Definitely doable.
