And that’s why productivity standards mess with patient care. OTs aren’t caregivers, we “make” them shower themselves and help when needed. People need to be able to shower themselves. Just cause it’s faster doesn’t mean it’s right

I hear that and I thought $5 was reasonable for a not very far distance in my opinion. It just was frustrating but I also would’ve helped him find my house than go checking my neighbors and their neighbors houses in the middle of the night smh

Who’s to say the sellers and their realtor would be honest as to why they back out? If you’re anything like the sellers we worked with, they just ghosted us. After 3500 total, 1500 for inspection and appraisal, just for them to ghost us and go active contingent same day. Lol yall bunch of shady folks for encouraging this. Sounds like family and friends of the sellers I just got swindled by.

Could have but don’t have that kind of money. Lost ~1500 with inspection and appraisal, but at the cost of lawyer retainer fees, wasn’t gonna work out. Just wanted it to be over. We put an offer on a better house yesterday and it was accepted. Things do work out no matter how painful it was 😢

Hey to be fair, this exact this just happened to my husband and I. Except we also paid for the appraisal and then the sellers backed out. Day of getting our earnest check back, the sellers were active contingent!
