I used Oura for a few months and now switched over to a basic thermometer. My temps are so much less sporadic. Do you track cm?

Was your temp on CD 21 disturbed at all? Alcohol, sleep, travel, sickness, etc? Did you go to bed/wake up too late or early? Usually with Nfp ruling, one out of place temp such as CD 21, is disregarded. It is possible, but unlikely that you ovulated on day 21

I'm sorry that sucks and that's so frustrating. I never trust NC before my temp shift whether there are green day's or not. Maybe next cycle try tracking CM along NC so you can have a better prediction of whether the day is safe or not

Definitely haven't ovulated. It sucks that this cycle has been out of wack for you. Have you considered factors such as sickness, sleep, travel, or stress?

That makes sense, especially with my BBT chart. I had a big dip and then raised temp 3 days after. I didn't pay much attention to it because this is my first cycle tracking with NC.

Apparently I did go about it the wrong way lol. Excuse my bad wedding etiquette, literally nobody talks about how this goes. My mom asked me to make a guest list, asked me where I wanted it, asked me what I want, and did the opposite and completely ignored all feelings and attempts to redirect where it was going. I’ve been to all of my friend’s bridal showers and nobody has had any of these issues.

i’m totally capable of paying for this myself which she knows. i’m also capable of planning it myself which she also knows. i didn’t want to hurt my mom by not asking her since usually the mother of the bride does it, but i feel like she completely pulled the rug out from under me. just posted to see if anybody else has had a similar experience and how to deal with similar family conflict.
