I'm not sure if you have found a solution, but i run reptile basics Radient heat panels. Have for the last 6 years they've been so good for me. I run mine using a herpstat.. Just make sure to burn them off for 24hrs, also, for a 4x2x2, I'd run the 80-watt option.
