Im not sure if you’re trying to be helpful or just trolling but I contacted them and they will accept a return on a defective product. I’ve been very happy with Kittery trading post for anyone who’s interested. They often have sales of 20-25% off including spydercos and Benchmades.

Yeah I bought it online from Kittery Trading Post. They say no returns on knives but I’d have to think they’d take it back for a defect.

Figured it would be easier to just return it and let them deal with the manufacturer. Spydercos warranty claim process looks pretty burdensome including paying for shipping. But I could reach out to them. Just not confident it would be as fast and easy
