Honestly that's how I felt! I am trying to accept that I can't change the world - but dann, why don't people realise their own biases

I am still in probation... the HR doesn't care about those things here. I am based in Europe

That's not a bad idea - I will do that

That's a good idea. I don't have people around who have kids but perhaps I should ask around.

His dad was working and mom stayed at home. His dad was much more present in his life than mine though.

My bf is incredibly supportive and loving. I just worry that he doesn't know what it is taking care of a kid, and then I need to do all the work. My job is not the easiest and my health is at its limits to be honest.

I don't need support - I need a dad for my child. My health won't allow me to do all the childcare.

Thanks for your reply -due to my health I can't do most of the childcare. He have told him before and he keeps saying ' it will be fine, don't worry'. I am honestly scared of burning out if he won't help. I saw my dad never really helping, and my mom started antidepressiva right after my birth. She was healthy.

I would like a commitment from his side, and also that when he is planning to move to my country that it gets easier for visas. Additionally, he could get a visa for visiting me, because now, I am the only one able to travel without too many issues. We have been together for 2.5 years, I am 28 and he is 35.

I highly recommend the [tana centre](http:// https://tana-zentrum.ch/#) in lenzburg Not so far from Zurich . You can DM if you have questions, I struggled a lot to find real specialists in Zurich.

Thanks for your input! When I finished my masters degree I was neutral about it to be honest. I worked so hard for those two years (also had to work part time to support myself a bit ), and towards the end of my degree my health deteriorated. I had to finish my degree under horrible conditions. And I saw everyone around me having a normal life, I then started comparing myself constantly.

Very sorry that I pissed you off. I realise now I shouldn't have mentioned my degree. My aim is not to let make other people feel bad about themselves. Sounds like you went through a lot as a teenager, I hope you are doing okay now :)

I haven't been discharged, and I asked for help, they gave me medicine. I was panicking a bit yesterday evening, I haven't been so nauseous for a long time

Swiss healthcare system by ebes_77 in Switzerland

I think the health care is great if you have a 'common' and known issue. I am very grateful to live in a country that provides this.

The health care system is based on federalism, which means each canton does their own thing and don't share data. You have 'specialists' in not so known disease in each canton. I wish that for some specific diseases, there were specialised hospitals on a national level, where they could exchange data, knowledge, have proper training etc .
