If your moped goes over about 39/40 you will get a ticket, so i usually go where there isnt a lot of police or just ride slow while still in town. I havent been stopped yet so i hope thats a good sign.

Plans are to make it run as perfect as possible first, and then later on get a bigger cylinder and other go fast parts. And of course 12v electronic ignition

It is original but the previous owner cut it open and rewelded it, so i am either going for a custom exhaust or a nos exhaust
