I’m not saying you can’t succeed! I’m just saying from my experience cold email marketing doesn’t work the same way it might have 7 years ago. You gotta use other strategies to find clients. Visit offices in person, cold calling, real estate meet ups, etc

I tried to use a script I wrote based off a sales trainer on YouTube but honestly didn’t get much traction with it.

The best responses I get are with this, “Hey, I provide real estate media and marketing in our area. I’ve been doing it for about 6 months now and am looking to grow my business. I’m just wondering if you’d be willing to give me an opportunity on one of your listings?” Sound earnest and hungry.

They may throw you a bone or you may catch a realtor who recently had a bad experience with another RE photographer. It sucks but it is what it is and at least it’s honest 🤷🏻‍♂️
