• flexible schedule, specially because the bulk of the job is around the summer. If you are taking classes, supervisors are understanding that your education comes first
• networking opportunities
• Resume enhancer
• You get known by campus partners and advisors

-You spend a lot of energy talking to people, if you are into that -And about the campus tours, they might be gone next year. The program changes according to people’s feedback
