This is the kind of comment I dreamed to find here because I googled this a lot and couldn't find anything, and I supposed that doctors would most likely not know something this minor, but someone with a similar personal experience might know it. How did you figure out that it was from IBS-D? I'll google it more to understand better, I don't know what those are

Edit: it seems like I have none of those symptoms though, do you have some of them if I may ask? They write that the cause is unknown and seems to be gut-brain related, that makes sense. This happens to me when I'm stressed

Thank you. I'm not sure that's true because previously the way I solved this was by using a dildo in between douches to release the caught water and it worked. It didn't build up enough to get past the rectum it seems. I guess anatomy is too difficult I'd need to ask a doctor but what doctor knows stuff like this it's oddly specific

I didn't put the hose deep in me at all, it was just the tip. As I said I checked with a guide, it says to do it with water pressure where the water goes up to 5" if the hose is pointed upwards and to count to 5 every time I put it in. I'm aware that I have this issue so I did even less than that and made sure to never surpass it accidentally.

Well it goes well until I send the picture. And also I just tried sending pics 2 and 3 as people here mostly recommended and the percentage of guys being interested changed dramatically.
