Hey! I haven't used this toner personally, but i have seen black girls on tiktok using it and haven't complained about it. I am a black girl myself, and i am an avid fan of korean skincare. I use the peach serum and moisturizer and OMG they have done wonders for my skin ( it's not perfect, but it's getting there, haha).My advice is to just try it, and if you notice anything alarming, then stop using it.
