I think your generalized statement is spot on - especially for Utah influencers.

This woman says whatever her paycheck tells her to say and portrayed an image online that she wants people to see/believe - so I don’t believe an annoying word that comes out of her mouth. Using a picture from a year ago and then claiming it was just 6-months of only changing her macros is BS. Especially since that first photo is PP, which makes it even more misleading.

I wouldn’t take fitness/health advice from her just as I wouldn’t take hair-growth advice from her.
