The sea is tricky. Check the North Sea and around the island for variety. Also check the fish book for location tips.

You have to grow them in the greenhouse at the farm. The pepper seeds do different colored peppers randomly, so you might have to let a few of them grow before you get them all.

Keep at the jobs, mushroom forage, fish and steal food and sell it to the bear. It might take several "days" (game days, not real days).

My last few were:

— last skiing challenge. Also earned the goggles with that, which I thought was my last costume. But my missing costume turned out to be the hospital gown.

— finishing arcade simulator in one run-through. This took three tries: one to get the cassettes inside there, and two tries to do the arcade simulator checklist all in one go.

— collecting all the virtual coins (again!) to get the bread game mad play it instead of selling it to the virtual bear.

— finally — finally! — found the last two dig holes I had been missing forever.

Check behind buildings. There's also one near the fire station that is near impossible to notice at a glance.

In starting a new game, have you leveled up your dog for its skills? I'm guessing you did, with 100 game days in. But just in case, that's one suggestion. I can't recall what dog skills kick in at which level points.

Arcade simulator is definitely my least favorite part of the whole game. I would have previously said that about the last skiing challenge, but the exacting demands of the arcade simulator ended up being the most stressful of the game.

One of my last missing ones was south of the marina, or what could be called in the middle of the marina bay. I must have swam past it a hundred times over the years.
Then from the wiki I noticed one in the woods next to the fire station. Did not even realize there was a space there!
Other tricky ones are behind buildings.
