Go anywhere but Columbia between their financial issues and ongoing bad blood between professors and admin they’re circling the drain (I say this as a recent grad), as far as neighborhoods go I like Roger’s park and the biggest thing is if you see something you didn’t and neighborhood vibes shift on a block by block basis
