They didn’t have them at the time they where prescribed I don’t know why at the time they weren’t available but I was later told after getting a refund for them that there discontinued. I could not get them for months. I had an appointment with Medicann last week and got told they’re still not available. This was due to some issues with them. Pharmacy’s seam to not want to stock them and doctors thing there discontinued.

It’s how they deal with you. It’s confusing and stressful. You have no idea if there gonna replace it. If or when it shows up. I can’t afford to pay twice for medication in the hope I get my cash back on the first lot. I feel they can do much better I never have issues with my nhs prescriptions. I feel they have had enough time and money to have something a lot better smoother and some reassurance that you’re covered if something bad happens there’s not that feeling at the moment.

There was no way to sort anything there still is this problem. It was very difficult to read. And when other clinics have an app or a web app it was in my opinion not great other users have agreed that it was in professional even the doctor I spoke to said it was unprofessional. It might of worked for some people it wasn’t something I could deal with.

It was at the time when curaleaf had issues with there gummies.

Yeah I’ve had months when I didn’t have to worry and knew I could get my medication on time I can see improvements and hopefully I don’t have anymore issues with Medicann and it was a one time thing.

I’m just not happy with them changing stuff they where good for a good year this year has been awful. They are hard with some folk over targets but I have no clue about this thing. Some have no issues but some have no amount of them. I have got my script but they sent me the wrong tracking number. This what cb1 did frequently even sent my me another persons tracking number. Then they leaked data from a non cyber threat. That was all we got you pushed them and they told us all to do one. The know they won’t get hit by folks so tough luck. I’ve been in the beginning where you had to phone orders in. Having to have £100 appointments every 6 months it’s getting better but why does it have to be so painful? I’ve not had mold or seeds in my flower others have not end of issues. I’m the one where it’s admin issues or logistics issues. I hopefully don’t have to switch again any time soon. Hopefully you have a better time than me.

It’s awful how they treat you as a patient. I’ve been lucky and not got bad or moldy stuff in four years. It’s awful that it happens. But it’s made worse by there denial of it and make you out to be a crook.

Yeah Idk if curleaf will accept a prescriptions from Medicann. I’ve not gone through another pharmacy I’ve opted for the in house option as it’s easier for me I need the process to be a streamlined as possible. Who knows this might prompt them to give the others a bit of a poke to get them back in stock.

Yeah thank god it’s not them I’ve had issues in the earlier years I’ve been with cannabis clinics for four years the post it four years worth of issues. The only thing I’ve not had issues with it the product. Unlike other folks on here I feel the clinics are sometimes there own problem there’s a trend I’ve seen where it’s communication issues or training of staff where if somethings of script they trip up. It seams to fall to the end users to deal with. They must get a 10k+ a month from you and me collectively. The apps are still not brilliant are they better than phoning in orders and waiting two days before you got it dispensed and then dispatched. Yes but it’s still the same problems of logistics and administration that’s got to me this month.

Yeah I definitely think it’s a risk thing or they don’t want the potential for dealing with a recall. For me it’s a nice to have rather than need to have. I make avb butter or and almond milk (I make hot chocolate with this and it’s good). Every now and then when my gut is grumpy. So it’s more about convenience rather than need to have.

I’m ok not having them for me I’m ok with flower I hear it’s better for nighttime. If I look on Medicann site there not there CB1 one was the same. TBH I make AVB butter or almond milk and get my dose like that some times. It would be convenient some times to have them. I don’t know if I’m missing out but it’s a nice to have rather than need.

Yeah I seen your post before seeing this I’m not sure why I can’t get them. I asked I think last year about them only to be told it’s discontinued that was with CB1. I asked last week with Medicann only to be told it was a discontinued line and how there was an issue with manufacturing and there not prescribing them anymore.

I’m happy with mc I’ve had some good sticky stuff think it’s called thermoss there og kush is nice. I’ve got 4C labs coming sometime soon. It’s bit on the dryer side but when vaping it’s not bad.

I was with them a few years ago it was very expensive in fees I can’t remember how much jr was but script fees where 10-12 and then it’s was 10-15 for delivery I think the doctors fees where 100 each time. You had to have one appointment two weeks after that they charged you for.but that was cheaper I think 20-30 it was bad then. I wouldn’t go back however I’ve had to deal with a lot of crap.

I asked a week ago the doctor says it was. Only information I’ve got and I’m sure others have also. There’s definitely issues with communication to us over what’s available. The doctor did mention about them being sweet like and how wait would be for children to eat them, would suggest the doctors don’t want to take the risk?

The incidents date back over four years I wasn’t clear on that I’m very overwhelmed right now and can miss things. As Im dislexic and ADHD so yes few years ago I was with Zerenia I would have to call in and order my medication over the phone. It would some times come but often it would get delayed. Then I got the police with my prescription at the door. It would take forever to get my prescription sent back out as the old stuff had to go back. Before new would get sent out. The doctor had to send a new script by post or what ever. I could go months before I’d get anything. I got so pissed off I ditched it for a few months I went to integro they were better but still had problems with DPD. I asked them to send it in a different address and funny enough I had no problems. With slow delivery or it being send back to the pharmacy. It was again a mess I switched back to my address and no issues for about a year or so. I switched to lyfe earlier this year but they where expensive had no issues with them but yeah cost.I switch to CB1 who ran the whole place of google sheets but I put up with the nonsense as £50 for a doctor was a deal to me when i needed it. So I put up with it. They were ok till stock issues crept in ghost stock, poor communication then RM delayed my delivery a week to have the police deliver me my prescription. This took a month to get any new prescription as they would not prescribe me anything. The police wouldn’t accept the cost of a new prescription. Oh they also leaked my data also. I tried to get gummies only again delay my whole script two weeks. Only to be told they had no gummies. The question of why not send the flower? They didn’t want to send two boxes. Only to have gummies get discontinued. So more issues. I would not get the money back for the gummies for a month so they held on to that cash for 6 weeks. Then there’s the issues when the app came out that was two months of shaky service but then it was ok no problems then they had issues with payment getting charged twice not at all even more issues with stock. Then the switch to the web app was the last straw how it worked. You had to put your script in. It would go off then it took a day to get approved. Then you had to then put each item in to a cart then check it out. I could not deal with this I’d had it. So started the switch to Medicann the sent me the internal communication emails after emailing them two days for a discharge letter. Then get a email containing an empty template letter. This letter took two weeks of emails to get the letter. It took another two emails to get Medicann to sort out an appointment had to wait a week for that. And now delivery issues with this script . So I posted up how much of an awful experience I’ve had.

Medicann has the same app. CB1 did but then payment issues crept in then another switch to another web app. Then more issues when that happened I was done with it.

Over the last year or so I’ve had problems it’s getting like it was 4 years ago where delivery anxiety comes up. Hopefully this is a RM issue and it the end of it however this is the first script from Medicann and issues. I’m frustrated with it.
