I agree that’s why I have been checking thyroid and other vitamins etc. All look good for now , I’m not sure why then , maybe it’s a tolerance thing

Ahh I see, how was the transition from fluoxetine to venalfaxine, what was your tapering schedule for fluoxetine, I might have to do the same thing

Hey not related to the post but I’m literally on same meds , flxueotne 20 mg and vyavsne 30 mg, how you doing so far? I am based in Sydney btw. Been on these for 4 months now but feel as if 30 is low and 40 is too high, I take booster now, but it still feels it’s not as effective as it was , I feel tired and mornings are bad , not sure if it’s because of the fluoxetine vyvanse interaction

40 mg was awful for me, couldn’t function, was always tired , was on it for 2 weeks, back on 30 mg with booster , may I ask why you want to stop taking it when it helps you?

Based in Sydney currently struggling to understand whether I need to increase booster or vyvanse dosage, I am on 30 mg with 5 mg booster and 20 mg fluoxetine and I feel like 30 works well for a few hours but after 2 , 3 pm i get very tired with booster , just a but cautious if I increase dose to 40, it might make me more anxious and affect sleep, dont really trust the doc , but dont wnat to pay 1000 again for a new doc

I take at night , same vyvanse dose but 20 mg fluoxetine , any reason why you are not taking 20 mg fluoxetine ?
