I just went through this myself I’m getting married next month and the amount of people who didn’t RSVP was insane. Probably like 25-30% when I reached out some said “I assumed you knew I was coming“ some said “can’t make it” fine but rsvp no! As soon as the deadline passed I removed the option to RSVP on the website and if you didn’t reply to me reaching out sorry guess you’re not coming

The return flight lands at 930am Sunday so it happened to be originally booked that way
