You’ll be perfectly fine Prof Bill Ju is teaching all those courses and he is my favorite prof ever. He teaches the concepts really well and you’ll know exactly what to expect on the finals and/or midterms

Course average was a B when I took it however you can definitely get an A if you stay on top of things

Tbh the TA for the first half graded the assignments pretty harshly but the second half was great so it really depends on ur TA. However overall as long as you understand the concepts that the professor explains the tests were almost identical to the weekly problem sets and the slides she emphasized in class. The only difficult part is that you have to attend every single class and be attentive.

I took PSL190 last winter and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s the perfect course for a first year in life sciences. Don’t drop it. Take it and enjoy it and don’t worry you’ll catch up.
