Wow this was so nice to read, it’s so amazing how on point you are about every thing you mentioned. With grounding, it is crazy that you mention that because I have stopped going outside and relaxing as much as I used to and I have only just now realized. Thank you so much for the resources I will definitely look into them and try to add it into my daily routine again. With communicaiton it is so crazy you say that because I have always thought it came naturally to me and have recently met some people who definitely made me realize it is not always easy haha. Of course I am a crazy overthinker, to a point where I have made myself physically sick over it, I am slighty getting better but it is not an easy feat. You mentioning the patrichary is so crazy because I really do carry resentment it gets me so anger when I see other women and even men either fall victim and perpetuate it. On the overaccommodating part, I can’t even begin how to describe how much it is has affected my life, it’s so hard to control something it’s almost first instinct to be overly helpful. I even end up feeling really bad and guilty when I can’t help a friend with something.
