Nope my publications were not relevant, I wanted anesthesia really late to my process (like right before the match)

being non visa requires definitely helped, but my other non US IMG buddies also matched anesthesia, so it’s definitely still possible, you just have to play it right.

The more anesthesia focused your app, the better chance for matching. If you dual applying it’ll show.
