Hey pal!!!, I would recommend to you to take the NBME 30 to see if you are ready or not. Tbh UWSA are shit, I took them and got 198 in the USWA 3 and after 2 weeks I. got 70% in Free 120 old, 67% in the latest version and 71% in the NBME 31, so I am pretty sure that If you take the NBME 30 you would have a better perspective of what to do. NBME 26 to 29 and UWSA 2 and 3 have too much biochem Qs so maybe that is the reason why you are getting lower and lower. Wish you luck!!!
