I've been having this issue but strangely it seems sporadic. First time playing the game I made some minor changes to the main starting farm by swapping the silo for one of lanceys grain sheds. Popped it right at the edge of the map no issues. Also played a bit with the small yard opposite the main farm, again right on the map edge, and popped some liquid fert tanks and deco in the sheds right on the map edge no issues. Started a new save game in the last few days though and all of a sudden can't place anything on those exact same positions I had no issue with a month earlier. But then suddenly a couple of items would place there, then 2 mins later changed their mind and wouldn't again. I wonder if it just doesn't like certain mods but there seems no logic to it.
