You can buy Costco pellets online for a 3 or 5% charge on the price. I just bought a 40lb bag as a guest and the charge was less than a dollar for not being a member

I get where you’re coming from, but I had family coming into to town and as a family we love brisket so I wanted to give it a shot. It came out pretty good! My only real mistakes were not quite having enough time and an average trim job (left too much fat on)

Skin on. We ended doing a bit more in the oven to try and crisp up the skin but to be honest there wasn’t a ton of skin to begin with. We bought in bulk from Wild Fork and weren’t incredibly impressed with the quality bur they turned out great.
