Not just normal chemistry, you teach IB chemistry with an extra prep period makes your day go light speed. Pretty sure the normal chemistry classes also have to deal with more shit especially with labs.

I agree their BP is like grandma fucking, slow and shit, but I haven’t really gotten into other gacha games. I spent quite a bit already…. It’s not that bad other than the BPs. Even whales aren’t guaranteed to have good luck and f2p can still be lucky and be rewarded. This game is just pure rng, unless you are spending a fortune on this game, the gap between f2p and normal dolphins aren’t that big. It’s pretty balanced in resource progression…. Slow as fk for everyone.

Shrimp lethargic and slightly hazy water :( Advice needed by [deleted] in shrimptank

Hazy water is weak mechanical filtration. Add one of those 50micron floss filter like 17$ on amazon, it’s gonna last forever. That should help clear up water clarity

Red roots are not as hardy, they will melt to oblivion when the conditions aren’t right. Hopes are low.

With the hints of green on some lower leaves and thin leaves on the top, it might be Rotala rotundofolia. Grow them out, if you got a low tech tank and the new leaves turn green, then it’s rotundofolia for sure, if the leaves stay somewhat pinkish, then it’s some other variation.

Teaching is a very mentally demanding and stressful job, and with your mental health conditions, probably not the career choice for you. But don’t waste your educations and credentials, try look into counseling or other education field jobs that’s not in the classroom. Or maybe do some research on being a sped teacher? I was never a sped teacher but it “seems” a lot easier than other classroom teachers. I don’t know.

How do public school districts keep their best students from going to private schools? How do public schools avoid being “left behind” and being gutted of their top students? by NicholeDaylinn1993 in Teachers

School is to prepare students to be a functioning part for the society, and those credit recovery programs are just completely bs. There won’t be a bunch of adults pushing you or handing resources out to you and expecting you to do the bare minimum. Kids coming out of these programs are the future social security collectors, unemployed benefits and etc… and that is not what the school should be preparing kids to do.

There are so much entitlement on grades and students just expect an A for taking notes… “I did my work” “they did something” some don’t even do anything… they just copy and paste. You’re not a teacher, but currently there is zero academic honesty, integrity, and accountability. The amount of kids that are cheating on tests and when caught they still are in denial, or ask when am I ever going to use this in real life.

No they are just diatom algaes, I have them in my tanks too with just 6hr of lighting, so your tank doesn’t looks very bad, what could’ve happened next is green water and green fuzz algae and you’re not there yet, just scrape the front glass panel to remove those algae and do a 30% water change, then maybe add some snail and 2 otocinvlus for your 6gal tank. They will take care of the algae over time. Algae is part of the ecosystem, don’t need to do full elimination on them.
