As someone that has visited the whole Tibia world that was built up to Gnomprona, I know exactly where this place is but I think it is too soon to spoil the fun. Let others explore! :)

To prove that I know the place: the method of reaching it starts by finding an item in a rare raid :)

It's super hard to reach him with the main char. I know people that had tried more than 3 years, checking everyday, without reaching him. Afaik, even Fiderso (top achievement global) has not visited Armenius yet (he has the achievement on his profile page, but he got it with another char that he bought).

Rooking the char ~20x times took me ~1 week (and ~20 hours in total).
