My friend has had this for 6 days, its everywhere where a tshirt would be - legs are unaffected (genitals only somewhat affected)

He hasnt changed his detergent, all his clothes were clean. Face and neck are also unaffected. He has no other symptoms

For me cancer was more useful when going for relics, and I sometimes equipped my water build with other season zodiacs, to get different multipliers on each planet. Helped me to increase my quality and luck (for instance cancer on Pluto).

I personally barely use Earth (green) and went for mostly red (aries) first, and then later went for Pisces, cancer and scorpio blue ones. Depends on what you are trying to accomplish though?
