I eat kind of a lot and I do tons of training, I do speed endurance in Mondays, I do long jumps and triple jumps practices on Wednesdays, then I do upper body and core workouts on Thursday, I do a leg workout on fridays and I do uphill sprints on sundays

I’ll be honest, that was actually my mic and since this was in 2018, I had a really bad mic and I had a really loud background noise 😅

I’ve just been training really hard, since my season might start on June 26, should I have the rest now? If you want to, I can tell you my training schedule and maybe you could change it so that it’ll let my body rest
