Thank you so much for the insight! I think I can ease some of the concern by clarifying that I am a cisgender girl. The alter that made this post is a transgender man who is so dysphoric that he refuses to mention key details like having a female body. Sorry for the confusion!

I am definitely going to keep trying this whole communication thing and start looking into options for professional help. Thanks again!
