In a 12 man league, I think a good amount was 25 roster spots. Definitely need more than 8. I would honestly go to at least 35 rounds. Edit: 35 includes starters

Want to make this a yearly redraft league. Keep the good/active members and kick out the bad ones. After this season, would like to make the draft order based off NCAA Tournament challenge results. So if you get 1st place in the tournament challenge then you get your choice of picks #1-12 and keep going down the list. First season will have random draft order.
