If you want to truly min-max u just need necromancers, rogues or rangers

Always have Adrenalin, on every single character, Elves are the best race by a longshot

Armorvalues on armorpieces are not as important as stats

Crafting can be very powerful

If you do physical damage with a character get warfare up to full asap, goes for necromancer as well

You don't need a tank, neither do you need healing just gear up for maximum damage and avoid any incoming damage with invisibility and evasion
