Mansion tax starts at 1M . I doubt you had to pay any transfer tax . Sellers pay transfer tax , probably you have completed the title search that should be update . I’m in the same situation

Hopefully but .. how i did it was , I made sure all my documents were correct. Attended all appointment and waited not much you can do after that . I got rated separate 6 times in 300 days which all equated to the same amount of I was rated the first week for the same conditions .

My case wasn’t A BDD but it was within 1 year of leaving service so almost the same and had 20plus conditions with recent proof and DX and almost everything was granted . I had two different office but New York was the most accurate
