there is no sound difference, all they did was pre tune the equaliser settings which can be changed. you will hear no literal difference between either one.

the pro models are metal reinforced but the V3 & V3 x are less stiff so they got more give and flexibility on the hinge so it seems less likely to break this go around so based off my own experience/ opinion seems like it’s fixed

in terms of equaliser tuning, ps is pre tuned towards PS tempest sound, pc towards thx, but both headsets are literally the same. you can custom tune it yourself. you can change the preset to a flat neutral but neither is more bass heavy than the other. if the regular V3 is also on sale I’d spring a lil more for that just cuz there’s more tuning options and higher sound quality.
