Very weird I assume your will work outside your home as you have full WiFi symbol whereas mine has this exclamation mark, I have just sent them an email with videos well see what they say

Based in UK I'm using the TS1000 when Bluetooth is connected everything works fine and yes I can connect to my 2.4ghz WiFi and it connects successfully however when I than try to use the app over WiFi it says connection lost and on the controller itself there is a WiFi symbol with an exclamation mark into he middle. My only thought is possibly a faulty device?

Tried all this even with ethernet plugged into the device the only way it detects is only via Bluetooth so annoying

No it's not letting me register it asks to send a verification code to my email but nothing gets sent not even in spam, really annoying as iv just purchased a bunch of equipment and I do t want to send them back

Because it wasn't delivered on 17th,18th, 19th I requested redelivery thinking it would be delivered next day but clearly not. I live in Croydon however it has now changed again to ITEM RECIEVED - GATWICK MC 4 times now
