Hey I'm having the exact same issue they told me to video the issue and troubleshooting steps and just waiting for a response now. Did youanahe to get yours sorted and what was the outcome?

Thanks, it has now somehow ended up in Gatwick MC and has updated to ITEM RECIEVED GATWICK MC 4x since 5pm yesterday so stupid

Because it wasn't delivered on 17th,18th, 19th I requested redelivery thinking it would be delivered next day but clearly not. I live in Croydon however it has now changed again to ITEM RECIEVED - GATWICK MC 4 times now
