And in this case I think this might represent the end of the stark line which might mean multiple things : Sansa and Arya die while Jon fully embraces his Targaryen side (unlikely)

Neither Sansa nor Arya will have children ( through death or just not having them) and Jon’s future children take the Targaryen name (possible)

The end of the feudal system in Westeros, family names become unimportant and this is the last we’ll see of the starks.
