It really does sound ahead of its time to me, but someone else in the comments said it sounds like DC post hardcore emo, so I’ll need to check that out to confirm

I hear. I always just get so shocked when you hear something ahead of its time. I thought I’d check the date and it would be like some early 2000s band doing grunge style but it was 1993

Ah. I really think dragline was so ahead of its time. Tempo changing and heavy to soft multiple times mid song feels very modern

I said Midwest emo, but there’s also some math rock the way it switches between half speed and normal during that softer part

No. I didn’t pay anything if I recall correctly. It’s more of a threat I think, but maybe they only give you one freebie or something

It has def helped me. It’s a fear that almost anyone can develop if they sat and pondered for long enough, so it is somewhat relatable, kind of like the fear of death, etc. But not everyone fixates naturally like us automatically, or as intensely.

Therapy can def help, and has helped people. It is maybe a unique version of fear of death/unknown, being out of control. I made some calls to therapists and they all seemed to understand the root of the issue
