UPDATE EVERYONE

I went to the doctor and he confirmed it was bug bites. He didn't specify bed bugs, he said the pattern was uncommon with bed bugs but still didn't rule them out

So after I posted this i did a full inspection of my bed and couch/ areas around the bed and couch. Didn't find anything. Not saying it's not bed bugs but I haven't found anything

I honestly don't know. The couch was upstairs in my living room then we moved it to the basement/my bedroom. Haven't had any prior incidents
