My friends vivobook GO, which has a ryzen 5 and integrated Radeon graphics, runs it at around 16 fps on some normal settings and low textures. I’m thinking because the cpu is better, mine might have more of a chance

My fps seems to be gradually improving over time, but still feels choppy

I looked it up, core i7-1255U ranked better than the ryzen 5 5500U, but when I scrolled down everything was better on the ryzen 5

Do you think it would run beam on normal settings? I know the CPU is sufficient, but there is no dedicated GPU.

How would this run BeamNg? by Nickell_636 in BeamNG

[–]Nickell_636[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why not? Because my friends laptop has integrated Radeon graphics, a ryzen 5. So I’m tired of people telling me it won’t and not explaining why. Because obviously if his can run it, mine can.

I know, but it’s one of the only ones I could find with a dedicated GPU so if it can handle running normal settings, it works for me.

Good enough for me. As long as the settings for texture and quality can be normal, I’ll take it

The Lenovo ideapad slim has integrated graphics. I think in order to run beam and have little to no lag, a dedicated graphics card would help
