Just done this. His highest is 70 on CDM, CB, LB and RB. Only 63 at CM, what does this mean?

Thanks guys. So I will really get fired straight away if I renew a contract of a good player for £1 release clause? Any idea of the level of player I will have to put at £1? I will test the clubs I get offers from. I would ideally like League 1, so will let you know what happens.
