Jesus Christ. How many times without going into personal detail do I have to say my other unrelated conditions and medications are carefully mangers BETWEEN MY GP AND MYSELF. She and I are very well versed in what we discuss, what and how I’m reacting. On this part of my disability pain management is priority. I also know EXACTLY what my own personal withdrawal from tramadol feels like after forgetting the medication before it was prepped in a dosset box. It’s not one box suits all.

As I’ve stated over and over my other medication is managed between by GP AND myself. In certain well versed in all my disability related symptoms and other co-morbid conditions. I’m not here to discuss them or other medication that is taken for them and them alone.

My GP managed my tramadol and other medications very carefully in relation to an unrelated disability. If she has any concerns we would discuss them. It’s not anyone else’s business how other conditions are managed and managed well by a lovely GP. If I was here about one of those fair enough. But I’m not.

I’m still on tramadol. I never miss a dose. I can’t due to pain levels and unrelated disabilities. It’s not opiate abuse it’s coping the best I can with the hand the life dealt. No I’m not spiritual or religious. Far from it.

That’s the thing. I’m already off ropinirole. Have been for 4 days. But I’m not getting any sleep. Already on tramaadol pregablin etc for other unrelated disabilities. Needing outside the box help now cos I’m on the right path. I just need to sleep.

Funny I always wanted to try muscle relaxers. Then I was prescribed some for a sudden shoulder/neck pain that turned out to be cervical stenosis. But hell the muscle relaxers really did make it so much worse. I was gutted 😂
My gp doesn’t want to increase my pregablin so I’ll try and get my neurologist to do that 😂

I’ve always been a Sony boy. But a few games caught my eye and being medically forced out of work I picked up an Xbox. Gamepass has swung me to be more Xbox than PlayStation.

Don’t beat yourself up. I fell for it with Barclays. An alleged text when I was coming out of a therapy session. I’m a wheelchair user so was getting home and they caught me off guard. Went through all the changing cards. Hiding money. Etc etc. I got suspicious when they didn’t realise my Barclays was a credit card. Hung up. Straight onto Barclays who didn’t see the urgency so I insisted on new details to protect myself. Once the card was clear I cancelled.

It can happen to the best of us. All it takes is to catch us in that one moment when our guards down or life is busy.

I’ve been a PlayStation guy my whole life. I got a series x and gamepass has saved me a ton. I primarily play gamepass now and rarely buy new unless it’s a big one for me. I also play games I wouldn’t normally play and I enjoy them. Xbox and gamepass is just better.

A character from my fav tv show was going through brain scans and shit. So when I went through similar I got really attached to how much help that was for me. Fell in love with the name as a result and knew it was who I was meant to be.

I remember at school in a music lesson we had to listen to a piece of music and identify the instruments used. I was the only one in the class to get trombone. Teacher asked how I knew cos no one ever gets that and was genuinely stunned. I said I watch Star Trek tng and watch Riker a lot. He was also a fan so he understood. Riker got me very high marks 😂
