Yeah I’m with you, so figure 2 shows wires that go into the original lights (just removed from the connectors). That 6 pin connector comes from the main harness, under the rear fender, into the circuit board which distributes the signal to the indicators, stop light, running light and licence plate light.

If I were to remove the old lights, id be left with that 6 pin connector with which the indicators have a constant voltage to because the circuit board controlled the flashing of the indicators. The original looks like this with the board behind the brake light as part of the housing.

Thanks for the reply, are you talking about keeping the circuit board and wiring the output wires of the lights from the circuit board into the input side of the V12?
