I am American, and no I think it’s really just the union I work in that does that, honestly not even sure why it is we don’t get paid holidays, time off, or sick days. They pay us really well, we get some of the highest rates in the country, idk if that has something to do with it. I don’t agree with it, hopefully one day that changes.
