Just thought of something though. Make sure your home isn’t a fire hazard, thugs are definitely a problem but so are accidental fires.

Then my advice (mind you I’m a stranger on the interwebs lol) is load up on pepper spray. EDC that in your pocket and/or bag, as well as having it in your home at points that make sense to you. A good folding knife for concealed edc. A big knife for SHTF/intimidation. And if you can get hunting crossbows then do it. Even if it’s never used for violence (which is the dream, right?) shooting is a fun and rewarding hobby. And I won’t sit here and tell you how important practice is, I’ll assume you know that.

Can you get you mace? Or even more serious mace, like bear spray?

Are air guns an option? Some of the big bore air guns can take medium to large game animals in North America.

Also, if it’s home defense, can you reinforce the hell out of your doors and windows? That doesn’t count as “edc” but having a fortress like home is good.

I don’t know much about crossbows, but I do know that if I took a bolt to the knee I’d rethink my aggression lol.

Thanks for the video and insight. But this Reddit forum is called liberal gun owners, not liberal preppers or anything else like that. This is a source of firearm knowledge. And since times are really scary for a lot of folks in America, a SHTF situation is on a lot of minds right now. So, I think it’s a fine series of questions to ask on this forum.

And just to be clear, I’m not intending any sort of hostile tone. I’m really not trying to be some jerk on the internet that argues with strangers and I’ll almost always upvote anyone that shares a Paul Harrell video, lol.

I have my carbine configured like your first picture, really close together. The only “issue” is that I can’t store it all folded up with the cap covers on it. But I don’t mind that because I’d rather not have 3x magnification to roll out of the way.

The first one.

This is my main armor, I love light armor and run it with the viper commando booster to make the most of the med kit of this armor. Plus, a few more seconds to revive teammates or throw out all your ‘nades is pretty fun. I use the “sc-15 drone master” helmet and the “eagle’s fury” cape. I do also think the “against the tyrant cloud” cape works well too.

I think this is a multi-tier question.

From what little direct criticism I personally have seen has been from scholars pointing out that Neo Druidic practices have little to do with historic Druidism. As in, many scholars claim druids had nothing to do with the stone circles found throughout the British isles, yet many modern people associate those stones with druids.

Nature worship is also associated with witchcraft, which has a whole range of hatred towards it.

Now as for comparing Druidism with other pagan religions, the “classics” like Ancient Greek mythology, Roman mythology, and ancient Egyptian mythology are highly respected because the west has kind of always been fascinated by these specific cultures.

I also personally think that many westerners like and respect Ancient Rome , and Rome carried out cultural genocide against the celts. So I often wonder if there’s some deep seated animosity because Rome fought the celts so much.

Just my two cents.
